Who we are

We are an online store for diffusers and fragrances based in Miami, Florida, selling and shipping within the United States.

The business's legal details appear in the footer of the order emails, and you can ask us for them by email at any time.

Buying from us

To place an order you must be at least 18 and give true contact and delivery details. If you buy for someone else, you are responsible for the address and phone being correct.

You can buy as a guest or with an account. With an account you see your purchases and keep addresses; without one, the confirmation and the updates reach you by email.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, the payment method's processing fee and, where they apply, taxes are shown before you confirm the order.

Photos are illustrative: the color of a fragrance or the finish of a diffuser may vary slightly. If a product page has an obvious error in its price or description, we tell you before shipping and you can cancel at no cost.

We may change prices and the catalog at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you confirmed your order.

Orders and confirmation

Your order is placed when you receive the confirmation email with its reference. The units are reserved from that moment.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if we cannot verify the payment or the address, or if the product sold out before it was prepared. In that case we refund everything you paid.

Payment

We take cards (through Stripe), PayPal and Zelle. With a card or PayPal the charge is made when you confirm; with Zelle the order is reserved until we receive the transfer, usually the same day.

If you choose Zelle and the transfer does not arrive within 3 days, we cancel the order and release the units. Write the order reference in the transfer's message so we can match it.

When the payment method charges a processing fee, you see it as its own line before paying. We do not store your card details: Stripe or PayPal process them.

Shipping and pickup

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The delivery times we show are estimates and depend on the carrier; they are not a guarantee.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address given, or when you pick the order up. If the parcel arrives damaged, see the returns policy.

If you choose pickup, we email you to arrange a day and time at our Miami address. An order not picked up within 30 days is canceled and refunded.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our returns policy, which is part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unused product in its packaging, and a refund by the same payment method.

How long a refund takes to show in your account depends on your bank, PayPal or Zelle.

Your account

You are responsible for your account's password and for what is done with it. Let us know if you think someone else is using it.

We may disable an account used for fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms. You can delete your account whenever you want from inside it; your orders are kept as the store's records.

Promotions and codes

Each promotion states its dates and conditions. Unless it says otherwise, codes do not stack, are not exchanged for cash, and do not cover shipping or the processing fee.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion with an error, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Use of the site and intellectual property

The texts, photos, trademarks and design of this site are ours or licensed to us. You may share links; you may not copy the content for commercial purposes or use automated tools to extract it.

The site may not be used for fraud, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access other people's accounts.

Warranties and liability

Our products match their description and arrive in good condition; if not, the returns policy applies. Beyond what the law requires, we offer no other warranties.

Candles, diffusers and fragrances are to be used as instructed and kept away from children and pets. We are not liable for damage caused by a use other than the one indicated.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a disagreement arises, write to us first: almost everything is settled by email. Otherwise, disputes will be heard by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest remains in force.

Changes to these terms

We may update them; the new version will be published here with its date. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed.
